A Family Business

Selling, delivering, and servicing hot tubs isn’t just a job for those at Mountain Mist Pool & Spa, it’s their heritage. Since opening, Mountain Mist Pool & Spa has had the privilege to serve tens of thousands of customers in Colorado. In late 2011, in true Mountain Mist fashion, the business was taken over by new members of the family. Tyler & Jill Smith came into the ownership of Mountain Mist Pool & Spa, bringing with them a renewed energy and vigor to the company, as well as a tremendous amount of experience. The Longmont store sales were strong enough to encourage the addition of the Greeley location in 2015. This marks a return to Greeley for Mountain Mist, as there was a previous location throughout the ’90s which unfortunately closed due to a fire in 2001.
Tyler has worked in the Pool & Spa industry since 1994 managing his parents' store in Missouri and acting as Sales Manager for one of the largest companies in the Midwest, and working summers for his Uncle’s company (at the time) at Mountain Mist in-between college semesters. Jill performs a variety of functions within the business, as well as doing all the bookkeeping, all the while being employed as a clinical staff pharmacist. When not hard at work serving you, Tyler & Jill enjoy spending time with their two young children and beloved family dogs Lucy & Lexi.
